Executive Summary
Dr. Bradley T. Wyman, PhD, is a biomedical engineer and imaging scientist with more than thirty years of experience in clinical imaging, clinical trial design, management consulting, and due diligence. He works with pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech companies to implement novel biomarkers and design studies that drive go/no-go development decisions.
His career includes ten years at Pfizer developing and implementing imaging biomarkers across therapeutic areas spanning CNS, arthritis, inflammatory disease, cardiovascular, pain, oncology, metabolic disease, and ophthalmology — including the Phase 3 bapineuzumab Alzheimer’s program and the imaging biomarker programs supporting the tofacitinib (Xeljanz) new drug application. As former Vice President of Imaging and Clinical Development at ImaginAb, he led the development and clinical testing of novel PET tracers, including the Phase 2 program for an antibody fragment directed against PSMA.
Brad brings an engineer’s mindset to clinical development: rigorous, data-driven, and focused on the decisions that move a program forward. His broader expertise includes clinical trial operations, vendor oversight, protocol and study documentation, MRI contrast agent development, data management, and software development.
