Near the end of 2017, Liz Bloss was talking to a friend about wanting to end her corporate career and pursue opportunities in consulting. The friend knew another life sciences executive who was already consulting successfully—Colin G. Miller. He suggested that Liz and Colin connect.
At about that same time, Jim Gilligan was also considering making consulting his next career move. Jim had already known Colin for years and reached out to him for his perspective.
Soon the three had all met and realized that their shared goals and values—in addition to their exceptional expertise in their respective areas—made them a formidable team. They agreed to join forces and The Bracken Group was officially founded in March of 2018.
